We were supposed to sleep in hammocks at the Salto. The officer set us back a couple of hours, and we decided to sleep in town. The casa had no empty rooms. They offered a plastic beach recliner with a pad, outside, for free. I paid for it in blood. A mosquito fed on me all night.
